V1200 vacuum: two versions to meet your every need

Our vacuum unique in the market, the V1200, is designed specifically for harvesting nuts, including chestnuts, nuts, hazelnuts, and other fruits such as olives, almonds, pistachios, and acorns.

Our R&D team has worked on two versions of the vacuum to meet the different needs of our customers:

• The V1200E model, equipped with 75 mm diameter suction pipe.
• The V1200EN model, equipped with wider suction pipe, 100 mm diameter.

Let’s see in detail the specific applications of each model:

• The V1200E, the most common model, is ideal for harvesting hazelnuts, nuts in general and olives.
• The V1200EN is specifically designed for chestnut harvesting.
  During this operation, chestnut curls tend to join in groups of 2 or 3 and the tube of 75 mm diameter may find obstructions. The 100 mm diameter tube prevents this inconvenience.

In conclusion, for the collection of chestnuts we recommend the V1200EN but for all other nuts in shell we recommend the use of the V1200E, then the tube of 75 mm diameter. This, in addition to ensuring a higher suction speed thanks to a higher air speed than the 100 mm version, also ensures that the product collected is cleaner.

The collection operation with the V1200 vacuum can be facilitated by using the BL2200 blower, which cleans the area and collects products making suction easier and faster.
