Staff insertion policies

Staff is selected according to company values.
Our company normally uses the following personnel selection and insertion policies:

  • non-specialized production  staff (assembly lines, handling, etc.): selected through employment agencies
  • non-specialized employees: selected through employment agencies
  • specialized workers, technicians and employees, managers: selected directly by the company and/or through head hunters.

    Database

     We have a database where all the curricula received are stored so that they can be analyzed in case of new staffing needs.


    Welfare - hybrid work

    We have additional staff welfare plans than contractual ones.
    For non-productive personnel we apply flexible hours and the possibility of hybrid work.


    Languages

    We mainly work abroad and we have some related companies abroad. Therefore, for all employees, professional knowledge of at least one language between English and Spanish is required.

    A fluent Italian language is needed to work in our headquarter.
